We have had a few new enquiries recently about beginner classes ran by A&J, so here's a wee reminder about who we are and where we are.
Tuesday Night - Airdrie Moy Hall, 7pm - 8pm, this class is for new/beginner dancers, class is taught at a slower pace and we stick to the AB/B and easier improver dances, it is £5 per person, everyone is welcome and no need to book your place either contact one of us directly or just turn up.
Tuesday Night- Airdrie Moy Hall, 8pm - 9pm, this class is for Improver/more experienced dancers, class is quite fast paced and the dances taught all start at improver level and will more often than not result in an intermediate teach. This class is open to all those who have danced before and already covered the basics.
In addition to classes in Airdrie we also have classes in East Kilbride on a Thursday evening.
6.30pm - 7.30 ish, West Kirk Church Hall (Opposite EK Train Station) this this class too is for new/beginner dancers, class is taught at a slower pace and we stick to the AB/B and easier improver dances, it is £6 per person, everyone is welcome and no need to book your place either contact one of us directly or just turn up.
And finally our last class of the week is from 7.30ish - 9pm, West Kirk, East Kilbride, and just like Airdrie, this class is for Improver/more experienced dancers, class is quite fast paced and the dances taught all start at improver level and will more often than not result in an intermediate teach. This class is open to all those who have danced before and already covered the basics.
Line Dancing is a great way to keep fit, listen to good music and meet new friends, it is an something which has evolved over the last 30+ years to be a global activity, it has it's own clubs, competitions, awards, classes, events, we have award winning choreographers, instructors, DJ's and live music artists who are involved 365 days a year. There is no limit to who can take part either, it is something for the whole family to get involved in. It is a safe space for everyone. There has never been a better time to get involved in one of our classes, between Andrena and I we have over 50 years of experience of dancing, teaching and running events and we would love it if some of you wanted to come and join our dance family.
We have had a number of new people join us in EK over the last few weeks so now is a perfect time to join if you are new to line dancing or want to move more, make new friends, or even if you have been away from dancing for a while it's a great time to get back into it.
Hope to see friends old and new very soon
Love A&J xx
